Having worked on the Coach product previously, I was able to jump in and address user design challenges while catching up with old friends.

How to creatively elevate one of the largest e-commerce products in the world while maintining intuitive function and glorious visual design.

THE CHALLENGE: 

Coach's main digital product handles over $60MM in customer transactions each year. It's also home to the majority of information surrounding the Coach Leatherware brand, Investor Relations, and Company Information. Accessibility was a huge area of concern since many of the brand's users were moving to mobile and wearable devices to browse and purchase products. Our job was to refresh the product, moving it from an adaptive flash experienceto a fully responsive HTML5 experience while streamlining information architecture.

 

THE SOLUTION: 

Working with a team of brilliant creatives and developers at Sapient Nitro NY, we successfully released the all new user-centerd Coach Leatherware digital product. Features included a fully customized and responsive Demandware package, Optimized IA, Multi-Product page tgemplates, Universal Search, Custom Image Modules, Full Page Product Galleries, Dynamic On-Scroll Loading, Improved Customer Profiles, The Coach Blog, Social Integration, Re-Imagined Shopping Cart and more.
